We hereby have the pleasure to present our new holiday residence in "Calahonda Royale",
Mijas Costa, on the south coast between Fuengirola and Marbella 500 m. from the beach.
We have no plans to move permanently to Spain - despite a pleasant climate and extremely
reasonable costs. We shall miss family, friends and neighbors too much! We'll go there
when we have the time to spare - and of course, when tickets are cheap - usually outside
holiday periods and with midweek flights.
There will be no renting out through an agency. However, we think it's a pity that it is not used during the periods where we are not there. Therefore, we have decided that family members, neighbours, colleagues and other friends - people we know and trust - can "borrow" the apartment when it is free.
Here is an
OVERVIEW of the apartment, which consists of a living room with aircon, a new flatscreen TV (24 Spanish channels), Blu-ray player, radio and wireless Wi-Fi (to use foreign 3G subscription has become cheaper but still expensive). Fully fitted kitchen with town gas waterheater and -stove, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with jacuzzi. Furthermore, a large terrace in front of the living room with dining furniture and parasol and a spiral staircase up to an 80 m2 roof solarium. Finally, you may take the lift or stairs down and walk through the beautifully kept gardens with a playground for the kids for a dip in the public POOL, which is open from 10am to 10pm - every day, all year round.
